Are the results real or accurate?
No — MoonPhase Match is built purely for entertainment. All moon comparisons, quizzes, rankings, and compatibility scores are generated for fun and social sharing. They are not scientific or any kind of professional, psychological, or relationship advice.
Does the app upload my data?
The App doesn't require an account, and we don't collect your name, contacts, SMS, precise location, photos, or payment details. The App is free and ad-supported, so it uses third-party SDKs — Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Adjust, and the Meta SDK — which may process device identifiers such as your Advertising ID for analytics, ads, and attribution. How do I control or turn off personalized ads?
Use the in-app consent prompt to change your advertising choices. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path may vary by device). The App stays free either way; you'll simply see non-personalized ads.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. MoonPhase Match is completely free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The App is supported by advertising.
How do I revoke a permission?
The App only uses Internet access and the Advertising ID. To manage permissions, go to Settings → Apps → MoonPhase Match → Permissions on your device.
How do I request that my data be deleted?
Because the App doesn't hold an account for you, most data stays on your device — clearing the App's data or uninstalling it removes it. To request deletion of any data held by our SDK partners, email us and we'll help within 30 days.
The app isn't loading content or ads — what can I do?
Make sure you have an active internet connection, then close and reopen the App. If the issue persists, try clearing the App's cache in Settings → Apps → MoonPhase Match → Storage, or reinstall the latest version from Google Play.
